Mode of action
It is macrolide derivative. It is a bacterial protein synthesis inhibitor by inhibiting ribosomal translocation, by binding to the 50S rRNA of the large bacterial ribosome subunit.

Acne
Adult: As 1% preparation, apply a thin layer onto affected area bidVaginosis
Intravaginal gel one applicatorful, preferably at bed time for 3-7 days. -
