Mode of action
Phenylephrine HCI
- A decongestant
- A selective a1-adrenergic receptor agonist
- Stimulates postsynaptic alpha-receptors, resulting in vasoconstriction which reduces nasal congestion.
Chlorpheniramine Maleate 4 mg
- An anti histamine that reduces allergic symptoms
Paracetamol
- A pain reliever and reduces fever

Indication
- Headache
- Sinus pain
- Nasal and sinus congestion
- Sneezing, watery eye, runny nose
- Fever and itching of nose or throat
- Dosage:
- Adult one tablet every 4-6 hours
- Child one tablet twice a day
