Mode of action
- Fungi 0.3% Eye Drop is an antifungal medication.
- The active ingredient in this topical ophthalmic medicine is a triazole antifungal which works by inhibiting a certain fungal enzyme,
- which in turn prevents lanosterol from being converted to ergosterol.
- As ergosterol is considered to be a vital component of the cytoplasmic membrane, disrupting its production destroys the fungal cells and ultimately kills the fungi, leading to the eventual treatment of the infection.

Indication
- fungal corneal ulcers
- fungal keratitis.
- This condition can cause redness, eye pain and blurred vision.

Dose
Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) every 3 or 4 hours, or as directed by a physician.
