Riboflavin (B2): Produce energy for the electron transport chain, the citric acid cycle, as well as the catabolism of fatty acids
Pyridoxine (B6): Metabolise amino acids and lipids; synthesize neurotransmitters and hemoglobin, as well as nicotinic acid (vitamin B3)
Cyanocobalamin (B12): Metabolise carbohydrates, proteins and lipids. Assists production of blood cells in bone marrow, nerve sheaths and proteins
Niacinamide (B3): Assists energy transfer reactions in the metabolism of glucose, fat and alcohol
D Panthenol: Assists oxidation of fatty acids and carbohydrates as well as synthesis of amino acids, fatty acids, ketones, cholesterol, phospholipids, steroid hormones, neurotransmitters (such as acetylcholine), and antibodies.
